Welcome to my children's blog. Instead of posting on Facebook where the gems that my children say or do can get so easily lost, I've decided to create a journal for them to cringe at later. I'll be posting weekly, so be sure to check us out every once in awhile!
Let's see... Let's start with some from when Sawyer was little, shall we?
June 2010 Facebook status- "So, my son locked the screen door with him inside and me outside, and he's standing in the window laughing."
July 2010 Facebook status-
"Okay, normally I don't post vulgar things on
my Facebook, but I HAVE to post this! Instead of calling the show we're
watching Phineas and Ferb, Sawyer just called it Penis and Perv!!!
*side note* He had never heard those words. It was strictly coincidental*
September 2010 status-
" Sawyer: Mama, you're my best friend. Me: You're my best friend too. Sawyer: Hugs me and says, "Yeah." Priceless.
October 2010 status-
"Sawyer has requested we watch the "Misses
Halloween" show. He's referring to the song "This Is Halloween" from The
Nightmare Before Christmas. He says his favorite character is "Mr.
Monster Mash" aka Jack Skellington. Gosh I love this kid!!"
October 2010-
Sawyer: That's not a fairy! That's a Tinkerbell bug!!!
September 2010-
Sawyer: What's that sound?!
Me: It's just a truck.
Sawyer: NO! It must be Daddy tooting. Lol...
September 2010-
Me to Sawyer: I love your hugs! Sawyer to me: You love my little hugs? ♥
October 2010-
So my son was running around zapping me with
my pregnancy test until I explained what it was and what I had to do to
make it work. Then he looks up at me and says, "Mama, pregnancy tests
are GROSS!!"
And last one for the night-
November 2010-
Sawyer: I did not fart, Mama! It was just a noise in my butt!..... He's so mad at me laughing!
Now, some of these are cute, some are funny, and some, well some of you guys might roll your eyes at. But Sawyer was two at this time, so imagine all of these things being said by a two year old.
